What is Meniscus Tear

Meniscus tear is one of the most common knee injuries during a sports injury. Meniscus tear is mostly caused by  forceful twist or rotation of the knee.

The main symptoms of a meniscus tear will have Pain in the knee and Swelling with bending as well as straightening of the leg. Other focused symptoms include popping sensation, locking of the knee, difficulty bending and straightening the leg
