Back pain cause lots of difficulty in life. It is one of the major problem encountered in many people especially in elder aged female. There had been lots of treatments regrading this. The following simple methods to relieve the back pain can be landmark 1.Decrease Bed Rest time The different studies suggests that long term bed rest can cause the lower back pain . So have to avoid the long period of the bed rest. 2. Keep Exercising Activeness and the regular activity will make the body active so, to keep away from back pain regular exercise is good thing to do . One good exercise is to sit on the edge of the bed with one leg extended and the other one on the floor. Give your hamstrings a stretch by leaning forward while keeping your back in a neutral position   3. Maintain Good Posture   While in work,, the people position is not correct. So due to incorrect posture while in activity  and rest can cause the back pain  . So  Keeping the right amount of curvature in the back takes pressure off the nerves and will reduce back pain. 4. Strengthen accessory muscles   There are lots of musculature which can help to reduce the back pain if they are strengthen . Like that the abdominal muscle strengthing will be also befitted 5. Apply Cold and Heat   Heating pads as well as cold packs can comfort tenderness in muscles of trunk by the good circulation to the muscle and relaxation to the muscles.  Most mostly it is recommended that  ice pack for the first 48 hours after an injury  particularly if there is swelling  and then then after switching to heat. 6.
