The International Nepal Fellowship/Nepal (INF/N) is a Christian non-government organization has worked in health services and development in the Western Regions of Nepal for more than 67 years.
INF Nepal, oversees three hospitals namely, Green Pastures Hospital (GPH)-Pokhara, Shining Hospital-Banke and Shining Hospital-Surkhet. The work at GPH also includes treatment and rehabilitation for people living with spinal cord injuries and other physical disabilities and extends to reconstructive surgery, palliative care and specialist ear care.

Post Title: Nursing In-charge of Rehabilitation Unit
Job Summary
To manage the Nursing team of Rehabilitation Unit to deliver excellent holistic care & treatment to the patients admitted in the ward. S/he or should work collaboratively with the Medical, Surgical and allied health to provide best practice nursing care to improve the patients quality of life
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
BSc in Nursing or BN with minimum one year experience of rehabilitation care nursing after completion of BSC/BN. S/he should be registered with Nepal Nursing Council.
Good interpersonal skills, patience, empathy and ability to motivate and encourage people
Good ability to read and write English
Good computer skills in Word & Excel,
