Qualifications & Experience for Lab Technician:
- Education: 10+2 or equivalent (Science stream).
- Technical Certification: Must have a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT).
- Council Registration: Must be registered with the Nepal Health Professional Council (NHPC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform blood tests, urine analysis, and other diagnostic procedures.
- Operate and maintain modern laboratory equipment.
- Ensure accurate test results and follow quality control standards.
