- Perform needful “Medical Procedures” to the clients in community
- Needful Counseling to the Client
- Needful facilitation on “Health Examination Package for Student” program
- Other needful facilitation on projects different activities

- Diploma in Pharmacy
- NHPC Certified Pharmacy Assistant
- Basic computer knowledge/training
- Has knowledge of medical terminology
- Has customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to instruct/teach/tutor
- Ability to receive telephone inquiries in a tactful, helpful manner
- Ability to respond to emergency situations and unpleasant elements
- Knowledge on various brand of medicine

- Manage the “In and Out” stock in software
- Manage the stock of all the medicines / saleable items
- Dispense the medicines with proper counselling
- Processing prescriptions and dispensing medication
- Ordering and selling medicines and other stock
- Keeping statistical and financial records
- Preparing publicity materials and displays
- Other duties as assigned by authority
