Operation Theater-ln Charge 
Number of opening – 1
Qualification/s & Experience 

• Bachelor in Nursing (BN)
• Preference will be given to candidates having at least 3 years of experience in a reputed Hospital.

Responsible for:

• To provide exceptional care for the patient in the peri-operative environment where quality, respect, caring and compassion are the core of practice.
• Accountable for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient care for the peri-operative patient, undergoing anesthesia, surgery and/or procedure.
• His./her role includes clinical practice, human resources management, including staffing and evaluations.

• Masters in Nursing (MN).
• Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience as a supervisor of nursing department in any reputed hospital.

• Providing professional leadership to all departments within the division, actively involved to ensure the highest standards of clinical care to patients.
• Contribute for excellence in patient care, teaching, training, consulting, and provide leadership to the organization and to nurses.
