Masters in Dental Surgery MDS Syllabus For MECEE-PG Entrance Exam

MDS Syllabus For MECEE-PG Entrance ExamThe Dental graduates from Nepal or foreigners who wish to appear for the MECEE-PG MDS entrance exam in Nepal must go through the common medical entrance exam pattern which is recently provided by Medical Education Commission for the year 2020 as MECEE-PG Entrance Exam 2020.

In past years every year TU, KU, BPKIHS, Bir Hospital and other Universities in Nepal conduct the MDS Entrance exam by themselves.

But from 2020 Only one common entrance Exam for MDS aspirants will be conducted by the Medical Education Commission of Nepal.

Medical education Commission is the only regulatory body of Medical education. It has already released the MDS syllabus and exam pattern for MDS entrance exam.

Eligibility criteria MDS MECEE-PG Entrance Exam

  • BDS or equivalent from an institute recognized from the government of Nepal
  • Registered in Nepal Medical Council
  • Registered in their own country medical Council for foreign candidates
  • One year experience
  • Candidate should score a minimum of 50% [Pass marks] in the entrance exam conducted by Medical education Commission for bringing eligible to be in the merit list

DOCUMENTS required for MDS MECEE-PG Entrance Exam

Before starting registration you must have the following documents for the registration of the MDS MECEE-PG Entrance Exam

    • Bank Voucher/Deposit Slip
    • Recent Passport Size Photo
    • Academic Transcript
    • Related Professional Council Registration Certificate
    • Experience Letter for Nepalese Candidates (as required)
    • No Objection Certificate/Release Letter for Government Quotas
    • Citizenship Certificate for Nepalese and Passport/Adhar Card for Foreigners
    • Scan Copy of Candidate’s Signature

Examination Format for MDS MECEE-PG Entrance Exam

This exam includes altogether 200 multiple choice questions which are included from the various topics covered in the BDS program. The MDS MECEE-PG Entrance Exam includes the basics and Clinical part. The time for these 200 multiple choice questions is 3 hours.
