Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct routine screening camp at different health facilities of different local levels
- Performance of patient history and examination of uterine prolapse
- Responding to the concern of women and prescribing quality medicine
- Competent and thorough documentation of patients record in daily basis
- Ensuring patient confidentiality and record integrity
- Collaboration with local health care officials and personnel of local levels
- Management of health unit personnel and available resources
- Able to conduct camp in one days alternative
- Provides health promotional and educational programs to different groups of community people
- Follow up of the patients those who have already received the services
- Daily travel to health facility and local levels.
- Able to provide highest standard of medical care
- Ensuring that all the health care regulations and safety standards are met

Language: Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Maithali, Nepali and English

Duties and Responsibilities
A. Planning, budgeting and reporting.
- Carry out field survey through appropriate tools and methods prior for project planning and implementation
- Assist in developing project strategy and planning.
- Prepare training reports, case studies, learning documents and assist in preparation of overall program periodic report and monthly reports
- Update and maintain Project relevant database.
B. Project Implementation, Monitoring and Supervision
- Carry out Social mobilization activities to implement the WHaSS project.
- Organize and facilitate project related meetings, trainings, and workshops to capacitate and empower all of the related people and ensuring active participation.
- Motivate and aware UP patient their family, community and others, activities through different trainings/orientations and events.
- Carry out regular field visit and support Health facility, lab and volunteer during project implementation.
- Carry out all project related works as and when needed.
C. Coordination/ Linkages/ Lobbying and Advocacy
- Maintain close linkage with Major Hospital, Health facilities, directly linked to project implementation.
- Maintain close linkage with UP Patient and other volunteers
- Liaison with government offices, local government units and other like-minded organization for coordination as necessary and appropriate
- Assist to publicize BWSN’s work and profile at different forums and networks
D. Administrative and Managerial Duties
- Ensure availability of all necessary training materials, stationary and other necessary materials for orientation and workshops
- Assist to organize different workshops and campaigns
- Establish a good linkage with and finance staff and facilitate to provide all the required documents to finance
E. Child Protection Duties.
- Follow and ensure organizational child protection policy is implemented.
F. Other Duties:
- As required and requested by the Supervisor
