The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) will serve as the lead implementer of Possible’s integrated healthcare model in rural Nepal. They will be responsible for overseeing the core healthcare delivery leadership team, including Possible’s Medical team, Community Health team, and in 2016 will oversee the development of a healthcare engagement model at health posts in Possible’s catchment areas. The CMO will also work closely with other teams including Impact, Finance, and People Operations. The CMO must serve an intensive coaching role with his/her direct reports—ensuring that both high-level strategic vision and the rigorous details are attended to. They will also serve as a member of the C-team and play a critical role in organizational strategic development working closely with all other C-team members.
