Asian Human Rights and Culture Development Forum (Asian Forum) is an independent not for profit non-governmental organization, established in the year 2005, by the returnee migrant workers upholding the notion of “Migrants’ right is Human right”. Consequently Asian Forum has been working in strengthening the marginalized, deprived and the less-fortunate people in different aspects of human rights, basically in facilitating the “access to education”, “access to health”, “access to skill” along with “access to awareness”.
Asian Forum is looking for a qualified, dynamic and energetic professional for the following position for Bhanu Community Health Center (BCHC) located at Bhanu Municipality, Ward no. 2, Tanahun, Nepal, operated by the Asian Forum.
Position: Medical Officer
Required qualification and competencies:
a) MBBS (Should be registered in Nepal Medical Council)
b) Experience in community health clinic management
c) Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali, both verbal and written
d) Excellent computer skills.
e) Commitment to social justice and the mission
Main Responsibilities:
a) Medical Officer is a lead position of the clinic with a leading role to run the community health center smoothly
b) Delivery of health services & Outreach clinic.
c) Monitor of program/activities and supervision of staffs.
d) Ensure quality of service delivered
e) Coordinate and implement community health programs
f) Correspond and request logistic and supply including drugs and vaccines from Asian Forum, DHO, Municipality and other agencies
g) Coordinate with relevant stakeholders as per requirement
h) Reporting to concerned stakeholders and management
