1. Position: MD in General Practice (MDGP)
Workstation: NSI Supported Government Hospital in Nepal
Terms: One Year which is Renewable
No. Required: 4 (Four
Minimum Qualification and Requirements for MDGP
- ready to work in a rural setting in a district hospital.
- MD in General Practice & Emergency Medicine with valid NMC registration.
- Competent in performing surgery,
- an energetic person
Core Responsibility of the Job
- Work in a government hospital which is supported by NSI as a Clinical Coordinator.
- Have to Perform C-sections as well as other emergency surgeries.
- Provide day-to-day clinical services.
- Manage and treat obstetric complications.
2. Position: Medical Officer
Workstation: NSI Supported Government Hospital
Terms: One Year and Renewable
No. Required: 1(one)
Minimum Qualification and Requirements for Medical Office Jobs
- MBBS with valid NMC registration.
- Competent in-patient care, sincere, energetic, and ready to work in a rural setting in a district hospital.
Core Responsibility
- Work in an NSI supported government hospital as a Medical Officer.
- Provide day-to-day clinical services to patients.
- Conduct deliveries and identify obstetric complications and manage accordingly.
Preferable:
- Advanced Skill Birth Attended (ASBA) training.
3. Position: Staff Nurse Jobs
Workstation: NSI Supported Government Hospital
Terms: One Year (Renewable)
No. Required: 2
Core Responsibility:
- Provide day-to-day nursing care to patients.
- Conduct normal deliveries identify obstetric complications and manage accordingly.
- Work with hospital surgical team as an Operation Theater (OT) nurse.
Preferable:
- Operation Theatre Technique Management (OTTM) training
- At least 1 year of previous work experience
- Skilled Birth Attended (SBA)
- Experience in OT skills
4. Position: Biomedical Technician
Terms: One Year (Renewable )
Workstation: NSI Supported Government Hospital
No. Required positions: 2 (Two)
Minimum Requirement:
- Diploma in Biomedical Equipment Engineering (DBEE) from recognized school.
Core Responsibility
- Work as a BME Technician
- Ensure all biomedical equipment of working hospital is in functional state.
- establish a biomedical maintenance unit with required office and workshop.
- Conduct preventive and maintenance of equipment and keep an inventory up to date.
