Different lifestyles have shown the risk of cancer as well as breast cancer. There are certain lifestyle factors that can be modified that will reduce the risk.

The most common lifestyle factors that reduce breast cancer include avoiding smoking, maintaining a healthy weight, being physically active limiting alcohol consumption, and so on.

Non-Breastfeeding Mother

Females with breastfeeding have been shown the a protective effect against breast cancer. It has been found that females who didn’t undergo breastfed are likely higher chance of breast cancer.  So it is being advised to give breastfeeding at least 6 months.
