Nick Simons Institute (NSI) is seeking for the Training Manager for the interested and qualified people with following requirement descriptions
This is Training Manger re-advertisement of the first vacancy notice published on 15 May 2022. Those who previously applied for the training manager position need not apply.
Position : Training Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead the training team and represent them at the NSI leadership level
- Lead development of NSI partner hospitals as quality training sites.
- Liaison with National Health Training Center and Provincial Health Centers.
- Facilitate development of learning resource packages.
- Represent NSI at various government and non governmental committees.
Personal Qualities :
- A leader. Motivator and encouragement of staff partners.
- Mature and serious: earns the respect of various levels of healthcare workers.
- Creative: can think outside the box to find new solutions.
- Good team player.
- Patient to new concepts.
Basic requirements
- Master’s degree in healthcare preferably clinical.
- Extensive experience working in Nepal’s Healthcare system.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in clinical training management
- Experience as a trainer.
- Experience in higher management roles.
